I seriously live in these AG jeans and they are almost $100 off. Cannot beat it. Two more items I decided I couldn't live without today were this jacket and this cardigan. If you are a GILTY reader, you know I am a lake girl through and through. Don't get me wrong, I love the beach, but there is just something about the feeling I get at the lake that I just can't get at the beach when I am sticky, covered in sand, and dodging idiot seagulls...WOOF. Have I mentioned how much I hate birds? Rats with wings.

This past weekend I tagged along with Elisabeth (per usual) to her grandparent's house on Weiss Lake in Alabama. I never turn down a lake weekend and I never turn down an Elisabeth. I also just never really turn down. Ohhh! You guys saw that coming. I digress. Anyway, it was absolutely beautiful, the weather was perfect, and her grandparents were not only the sweetest and most accommodating, but they also had THE COOLEST FLOAT OF ALL TIME. It was basically a giant floating yoga mat...I tried that though, and as it turns out, I am not skilled in the aquatic-yoga department. I'll stick to horizontal tanning. You'll die over the price of this suit.

Happy Golden Globes night, Gilties! I don't know about you, but I have been flitting around my apartment in a ball gown all afternoon. By ball gown I mean sweatpants and by flitting around I mean stationary on my couch, but I did manage to go to the gym, do 4 loads of laundry AND handwash several things I have been putting off for weeks. I hateee handwashing clothes, mainly because I don't have a big enough sink for it and then end up with nowhere to hang them all to dry. I am really just rambling at this point, but wanted to share the latest piece of my arm party with you guys.

This bracelet by Emprint Stamping is especially near and dear to my heart because it is personalized with my little fur baby's moniker. Squeal!

I love mixing cheapies like that cute little sweater-clad flask from Nordstrom (literally less than $10!!) with higher end finds like those timeless Kate Spade gloves (that are also smartphone friendly!). Even Kate knows some of the hottest texting happens in colder weather, am I right? Amen. Also super important..useful hair-removing gifts like the fuss-free Epislim, as well as that old school little men's shaving brush I found at Target for just $19. Let's all vow to remain fuzz-free until warmer months. It's just nicer that way.

HIDDEN GEM(S).

Finding a good tailor can be just as important as finding your soulmate. Maybe more so, because your soulmate may not even notice you if you are drowning in an ill-fitting ensemble. Bethenny Frankel has even joked that she would "tailor her underwear" if she could. Preach, girlfriend. After a lot of Yelp-ing, I finally took a dress that I am wearing to a wedding in two weeks to get altered (as it has been riding around in my backseat for two weeks) at Q Tailors in Phipps Plaza. Naturally, that led to me shopping for earrings.

Enter Lavalier. Who knew there were hidden gems like this upstairs!? Have you other ATL-iens been inside of this place? If not, go now. Finish reading this later. First and foremost, they are a local boutique that only gets a few of each item, so you are not going to see the same thing you bought all around the A. Also, they are offering 50% off the entire store with an extra 20% off of that. Like, WHAT? That is basically free jewelry. On top of that ridiculous sale, they have some amazing, brightly colored jewels that rival that of my beloved J.Crew. NEED I SAY MORE?

This lust-worthy store has caused many a manic shopping encounter for me personally, and I feel like it's only right to share the wealth with you.
