HOT UNDER THE COLLAR.

Oh hey girl[s], hey. It's Sunday, it's raining. We are all dreading the sound of our alarm tomorrow morning, but good news! It's a short week (holla 'atcha bird!) AND I have an amazing pre-Black Friday deal for you, Gilties. It doesn't require waiting in a cold line OR wearing a snuggie in public. Let's just be clear…I will NEVER require you to wear a snuggie in public. This is my vow to you, take me or leave me. (Did anyone get that RENT reference? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?)

Moving on to the fashion. I did something I hardly ever do and picked my accesories first for this fit-out. When I first laid eyes on the Ann Crystal Bib, I knew I had to make it mine. When I saw the price tag, I really knew it was destiny. Enter The Shopping Bag. This is an amazing little jewel (pun intended) of a site. Almost everything is under $40. I KNOW. The super models over at www.shoptheshoppingbag.com have given us--JUST US--a little pre-Thxgvg treat.

Use code: GILTYASCHARGED to receive 25% off your order. You are very welcome.
Here is how I dressed this turkey...yes, I am talking about myself. What is actually wrong with me?

I LOVE how oversized this vest is.

When I said I bought these booties in every color, I meant it. There is still a green I have my eye on.

I LOVE the way this sparkly bib dances over a conservative J.Crew collar.

I love a big bag, and giant clutches are no exception. This ostrich situation is one of my all-time faves.

If you have never shopped with The Shopping Bag, don't worry. I am not judging you. I will just judge you if you don't start. Like now. Here are a few more of my wish list picks. Get in my life already.

Off to finish watching the AMA's. Why I haven't been invited yet is beyond me.
Can someone call Drake? If you get him, remind him that the good ones go, if you wait too long.

PATCHELORETTE PARTY.

This weekend in Atlanta, fall happened, and I participated in a big way. Sunday was the most perfect day ever for our #bloggersfieldtrip to Burt's Farm. My Style Vita, Fashionably Lo, Moet on Stella & I all woke up rudely early and road tripped to Dawsonville for all the pumpkin-posing, apple-orchard-gazing & funnel-cake-sniffing we could stand. Between the four of us, there was so much plaid in our car that we could have actually blanketed most of North Georgia, like one very big, very chic picnic. It was literally every bit as adorable as it sounds. Needless to say, we stuck out like a bunch of city idiots in an episode of The Simple Life. WARNING: This post is picture heavy because wine.

Last, but not least, HUGE thank you to Jaime & Kacie over at Regally Soled for featuring me in their Tour of Blogland post today! I will be sharing my own mini tour next Monday, so stay tuned!

GOODY BLUE SHOES.

HOLY. WEEKEND. I realize it is Tuesday, but it's my Monday and the start of a 9 day work week, so bear with me while I play catch up.

One of my very best friends from college came to visit me this weekend and we acted like we were still in college, which is a lot harder to recover from when you are elderly. You know the type of friend that you can go months without seeing, you pick things up right where you left off, and she knows what you are thinking before you say a single word? That's what Ashley is to me. We met Freshman year at CofC in our Biology lab, fell head over Rainbows in love, and we never looked back. I taught her to make sure her A&F jeans were always long enough for her heels, and she taught me how to make a decent meal & uncork a wine bottle. The second more important than the first.

Basically, our weekend consisted of sing-alongs in various cars, champagne(both cheap & fancy), harassing Baby Coco, a live guitarist and several Uber drivers, and lying in bed ugly-laughing over the previous night's snaps. Now that Ashley has left me, I am all depressed, my spray tan is fading and I'm sort of starving because she cooked for me all weekend. See what I mean? Love that girl.
I have come to the completely rational conclusion that the only cure for best friend blues is blue suede shoes. These little cobalt beauties caught my eye at the beginning of the summer and I knew immediately I wanted to pair them with the perfect white blazer. I live for a white blazer this time of year. It's the perfect piece to carry you from warm days to cooler nights, while looking completely chic the entire way. Let's get to the visuals.

You girls keep me young. Ugh, I love ya so much.

LAZY DAYS & LATTES.

Happy Weekend, babies! Last night I went to a casual Tacos & Tequilas dinner with my girlfriends that turned into an all-night affair, complete with Cards Against Humanity. My friends are very fun, it's impossible not to love them. I capped all of this off with a slumber party at my best friend Amanda's where we had fourth meal, courtesy of Domino's, and ordered a $16 movie On Demand. #ShameRattle Needless to say, we earned our caffeine this a.m.

Anyway, it's Saturday afternoon & I am beyond ready to swap my latte for a cocktail, but first, here's a look at one of my favorite ways to style my weekend this season:

Keeping it comfortable, but still looking put together. I can't wait to live in this sweater this season. My sweet momma is on her way to the A, so I'm off to lint roll my apartment before she arrives! #CatLady
