Happy Sunday, Gilties! My sweet mom came for the weekend and we shopped endlessly & then got massages, I had mexi tonight with a bestie (hi Elis!), my hair mask is in, my shows are recorded, and I am surrounded by 37 throw pillows and one snuggly but terribly rude kitten-cat...what more could a girl ask for?!
Once I realized that the whole 'oil-pulling' teeth whitening technique was foullllll and made me physically naus, I started researching other ways to use up this jar o' coconut goodness that were less in my mouth-y. Wanna try? Smooth about 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil from the root down, focusing mostly on the ends of your hair. Scoop said oiled strands up into a bun or pony, sleep the night away!
