OCTOBER'S VERY OWN: BIRTHDAY WISH LIST.

GREY BAG / CLUSE WATCH / BLACK BAG / MARBLE TRAY / BOOTIES / EYE MASKS / CHANEL ESPADRILLES / LEATHER JACKET / SNEAKERS

GUYS. Ish is getting VERY real over here this month. I am turning THIRTY. THREE-ZERO. Send help. Send Botox. Send prayers. Or just send any of the items from the above wish list would be fine, if we are being logical. Now you see why $115 eye masks are suddenly on my list these days. Make way for the ELDERLY.

First of all, can we just talk about the caliber of bags that Aldo is offering these days?! I loved everything I saw in that store! I drooled over both the grey and black versions of the chain bag pictured above, but it also comes in a really pretty wine color as well. I see you, Aldo.

I have been eyeing the Cluse watches ever since they started popping up on my Instagram ads (I guess those work?) and I especially love this grey and rose gold combo that I could wear all winter long, PLUS I could use it to count the minutes of how rapidly I am now aging. Win win.

This little marble tray from Target is meant for the kitchen, but I think it would also be a great bathroom accessory home for a little dish of matches and a soap dispenser.

Sadly, the Chanel espadrilles will probably always be a wish list item for me, sighhh, so I will settle for a similar option like these by Brian Atwood. Oh! And of course, my all-time faves

I know it says birthday, but I really keep a wish list going all year round. It's kind of fun to look back and see what you wanted, or cross off things you have gotten! It's a nice reminder of how hard you have worked during the year and how hard you need to work to get that lust list item you can't stop thinking about. Either way, take comfort in knowing that I will be somewhere in a well-dressed corner (most likely at a Target), listening to Drake, sipping wine and commiserating right along with you. #CHEERSTOTHIRTY

FRIENDSGIVING: #EWEFG2015.

You guyyys! Happy Turkey Week! [It is also my momma girl's birthday!] 'Tis officially the season for good eatin'. One of my favorite parts of Atlanta #bloglife is the opportunity I have had to meet such a cool group of driven, smart and supportive girls. Case in point, I met Erica from Eating With Erica on Instagram. SO 2015 of us, right? Word to the wise, when a food blogger invites you to a meal, you GO. You arrive early. And you wear a sequined pant. When @eatingwitherica mentioned she was hosting a friendsgiving at Einstien's and that there would be complimentary Goza Tequila cocktails, I could not get there fast enough.

The sequin leggings I donned are currently HALF OFF. (images from Express)

I really should have written this sooner as now I am going to bed starving. Such an awesome night of great food and even better company. Cannot WAIT to do it all again this week home in SC with my family! Happy Thanksgiving, my Gilties! I am majorly thankful for YOU!

INSTANT OUTFIT: LEATHER TEE.

One of my favorite to-purchase pieces for fall is the leather tee. It is quite possibly the easiest outfit-maker since the white tee, but it gives your look a little extra edge. I am all for looking like I tried harder than I did. ALL THE TEES, PLEASE. You can also pretty much find them at every price point, so there is no reason you should not be snapping one up. Here is just one way I would style mine for a night out.

LEATHER TEE

ALL TASSEL, NO HASSLE.

You guys know I love a good accessory or seven. The bag charm trend has really come on in full-force this year, and I have to say I am totally on board. Not only are these little additions cute and versatile, but they make a great gift as well. Can you believe we are in 'gift ideas' season already!? Dead. The best part about mine from Mel Boteri is that it doubles as a charm on a wine bottle. Hostess with da mostest.

From now until the end of November, use code "Gilty" to get free monogramming on your Mel Boteri tassel! ($30 value!)

FORTY DAYS + FORTY NIGHTS OF GLOOM.

Will it ever stop raining in Atlanta? Animals are legit gathering in pairs at this point. I am cold, I am tired of being inside, I refuse to do my hair. Thank God for hats and for cute, moderately-priced jackets. If you follow me on Snapchat (God bless), you probably saw that I wore this jacket out last night too. I am telling you, lazy at an all-time high.

Anyway, burgandy is the color of the year, so if you haven't already snapped up a piece, this is a VERY good one to start with! Trust me, I'm a doctor. Major props to my preggo bestie for snapping these pics in arctic temperatures for little to no pay. #freehugs

HAT / JACKET / TUNIC, similar (mine is H&M) / DENIM / BAG / FLATS (cheaper version here!)

One word of advice, if you order these jeans (which I basically live in), go up a size. I have them in a lighter wash as well, and had to buy a size up in the black because they have less stretchy juju. Don't say I never did anything for you. Back to the couch, my Gilties. The upside of this weather is that it's perfect for pizza, vino & a furry blanket or three.

WHAT TO WEAR: RAP CONCERT.

You may not be aware, but over the weekend, Drake and I turned 29. That's right. There is a whole lot of OVO going on over here. We are basically related. #102486 Based on this and the fact that I am going to Kendrick Lamar tonight, it's only fitting that I do a little post on WTW to a rap concert. My life is your life, people. Embrace it.

As I see it, you have two real options. You can take the glam route (think Khloe Kardashian at a Lakers game), or you can go for a more casual look using the same destroyed black skinnys as your base. Personally, I am obsessed with both. I love an opportunity to wear a sneak or two. Also, unless it is the middle of summer and outdoors, I always dress in layers for concerts. You never know if the venue is going to be stifling or trying to freeze you out, so it's better to come prepared.

It is currently freezing and pouring down rain in ATL, so I am sure to look like the drowned rat version of whichever look I choose. Dear weatherman, don't kill my vibe.

BEHIND THE SCENES: RAGTRADE ATLANTA.

So last week was a total whirlwind of all of my favorite things. Fashion, designers, runways and shopping. I could go on and on. RAGTRADE Atlanta is an amazing organization that seeks out and then promotes up and coming designers here in Atlanta, as well as all over the world. I am lucky enough to live in a city that is equally passionate AND supportive of the arts, and I try to jump at every opportunity to get involved. This year's RAGTRADE was no exception.

Night one was a cocktail party at Aloft Atlanta (SUCH a cool hotel, definitely planning a staycation there very soon). Night two was the fashion show at the Georgia Freight Depot, which was the by far the very best part. It was so inspiring to see the designers' lines come to life on the runway after all of their hard work. My favorite collection was by designer Edmond Newton (seen below), who is on the current season of Project Runway, but all of the shows were incredible to watch. Night three was a "sip & shop" event at Phipps Plaza and it ended on a major high with me winning the raffle! I am so thankful for a jobby (job + hobby) that allows me to meet and mingle with such an incredibly talented group of people. Feeling very humbled as I look back over the week.

BUFFALO [PLAID] SOLDIER.

Big ol' plaid checks are one of my favorite prints to wear once the weather starts cooling down. Nothing says, 'I am fashion-conscious, but not totally against chopping wood' quite like a solid plaid. If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw me wear this poncho on our hurricane-soaked wine tour of North GA. Highly recommend that to any local ATLiens, by the way. I've pulled a few of my favorites when it comes to my checkered obsession. I have a few of the below and can't wait to shoot them for you guys to see! As always, click each picture to shop the post, or use the links below!

LINE TO LOVE: IFCHIC.

Going to the same web-stores all the time can be boring and uninspiring. It's been a while since I have shared a new shoppish secret with you, so surprise surprise, I have been browsing for a little fresh meat. Enter IFCHIC. Ifchic basically offers a smaller curated collection of designer items that you can MAJORLY save on once a month by collecting 'ifchic coins' in an event they call #ifchic24. This not-so-coincidentally occurs on the 24th of each month.

All month long, shoppers can collect ifchic coins which is as easy as just clicking on them when you see them around on the website. You can collect up to 6 coins per day and can earn up to 180 per month! 1 coin is equivalent to 1 US dollar, so you can really rack up if you play your cards right.

This month, I cashed in my coinage for this uh-may-zing bomber jacket by Greylin. I stalked the mailman casually for about 3 days before it arrived so beautifully wrapped on my doormat. I have more jackets than there are actual days in fall, but I am not complaining.

I made my poor cousin pull over and take these pictures on our way to dinner. Beauty is being hungry. Is this jacket not to die?! I love that it has a little more flare than your average bomber. What are you waiting for? Register on IFCHIC.COM and start collecting your own coins! The sooner you start, the more you can save. Only 19 more days until the next #ifchic24 event goes live, which is fittingly on my birthday! #yayforaging
