This is one of my new favorite looks, hands down. I always say that, don't I? Oh well, the second I throw this coat on, I feel put together. I even bought it in both faux-leather and this regular cloth material. Just can't seem to get enough of the athleisure trend, I hope it never leaves us! I also hope you never leave me. Just call me Harri-ana Grande in this sass-filled 'fit. Showing a little leg heading into the weekend in this cute oversized sweatshirt I snagged at H&M over the weekend. SUPER ANNOYING that I can't find it online, but I found a similar one for the same price on Etsy, tagged above!

My man is finally back in town from his new job training and I cannot waiiit to have a weekend home with him. It's been a sad, rough week for my family, and I am so thankful to have him back just in time for a little break. Much much needed. It's almost Thanksgiving and I, for one, cannot wait. I love Thanksgiving food, I love dressing for comfort/maximum food intake, and most of all, I love Thanksgiving SALES! I am not like a wake-up at 4am and stand in line type of Turkey Day shopper, but I do like to do a little browsing after I have had my fill of Sister Schubert dinner rolls, okay?

This outfit is perfect for both the dinner table (just lose the hat or your grandma might die) and the mall afterwards, although I will probably change into these sneaks for the shopping portion of the day.

I snagged this sweater because even though I love the idea of a turtleneck, some can be so strangle-ish! Maybe I have a thick neck? Idk, but the mock-neck is so much easier to wear all day long. My second choice would be this onesie...but ya know, that would be weird. Ehm. Hope you guys have a great Thanksgiving! I'm thankful you like to read this little site of mine.

I ordered this sweater for work, but when it came in, it was practically hanging there BEGGING me to pair it with my favorite cut-offs at least once before it got too cold. This sweater/shorts combo is one that I am always drawn to in photos. It is covered up and functional, but leaves a little flash of skin for an unexpectedly sexy twist on the old faithful denim and boots combo. I would do this same look with a long cardigan like this one. Ah! I just wish it would stay 65 degrees a littttttle longer.

Perfect outfit for meeting a girlfriend for coffee, or for a fall festival outside before the temps really drop. Maybe skip it if you are meeting the parents though, they may not be able to see past the Julia Roberts-esque boot-to-thigh ratio. File that under #GILTYtips.

I am a self-admitted sneakerhead, but these pommed babies HAVE GOT to be my favorite purchase of 2016. Can I say that!? GUYS. Ish is getting VERY real over here this month. I am turning THIRTY. THREE-ZERO. Send help. Send Botox. Send prayers. Or just send any of the items from the above wish list would be fine, if we are being logical. Now you see why $115 eye masks are suddenly on my list these days. Make way for the ELDERLY. 

First of all, can we just talk about the caliber of bags that Aldo is offering these days?! I loved everything I saw in that store! I drooled over both the grey and black versions of the chain bag pictured above, but it also comes in a really pretty wine color as well. I see you, Aldo.

I have been eyeing the Cluse watches ever since they started popping up on my Instagram ads (I guess those work?) and I especially love this grey and rose gold combo that I could wear all winter long, PLUS I could use it to count the minutes of how rapidly I am now aging. Win win.

This little marble tray from Target is meant for the kitchen, but I think it would also be a great bathroom accessory home for a little dish of matches and a soap dispenser.

Sadly, the Chanel espadrilles will probably always be a wish list item for me, sighhh, so I will settle for a similar option like these by Brian Atwood. Oh! And of course, my all-time faves. 

I know it says birthday, but I really keep a wish list going all year round. It's kind of fun to look back and see what you wanted, or cross off things you have gotten! It's a nice reminder of how hard you have worked during the year and how hard you need to work to get that lust list item you can't stop thinking about. Either way, take comfort in knowing that I will be somewhere in a well-dressed corner (most likely at a Target), listening to Drake, sipping wine and commiserating right along with you. #CHEERSTOTHIRTY

Fall is finally, officially here! I know closet enthusiasts everywhere are as excited as I am because there's so much to love about fall fashion. Of course, I'll have a hard time giving up my summer sandals (like these!!), but I'm just as excited to test drive some new cool-weather looks. That's probably the best part about the change in seasons--an excuse to constantly change your wardrobe..aka an excuse to SHOP. With that being said, I am doing my annual closet overhaul and making room for some serious fall footwear.

Fall footwear means one thing to me: boots. Boots are my FAVORITE. Can you feel me screaming?? There are so many different styles and trends to suit just about everyone's personal look, and every budget as well. ANKLE BOOTS

Some of the coolest boot styles out there, ankle boots should be your go-to's this season when wearing everything from shorts, to dresses and, of course, denim. Reaching from one to four inches above your ankle, these mini boots have transformed into all kinds of trendy styles that are sure to make you swoon. Fresh fabrics like velvet and shiny leather have also been making an appearance on the scene this year if you're feeling a little more adventurous. Need a little more proof? When in doubt, throw on booties. This is probably my favorite category right now because it is the one category I am actually currently shopping for myself. Oops, sorry. #selfish Like any good shopping-crazed lunatic on the hunt, I have scoured Pinterest gathering inspiration, I have searched Lyst where I found all kinds of bootie-and-denim combos, and I have stared at countless stranger's Instagrams in search of the perfect style for me. OVER-THE-KNEE BOOTS

We saw a rise (get it? k.) in thigh-high boots last year, and these babies don't seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. Thank God for that, because I have 472 pairs. I'm exaggerating...sort of. OTK boots were considered to be an adventurous choice in years past...ehm, Pretty Woman anyone?..but today, these thigh-grazers are just as much of a staple as your favorite jeans. Trust me, nothing takes an outfit from dull to chic faster than a pair of these boots. Not to mention that they add an extra layer of warmth when temps start to drop. Obviously these beauties are the be-all end-all, but here are my top picks under $250:

Happy first day of Fall! Just wanted to share this little lookie that I wore over the weekend to an event at the Georgia Aquarium where you literally get to sample food and wines and look at sea lions. Never have I ever heard of something more exciting...I have an unhealthy obsession with them. Let's not forget this magical moment..

I got this dress at Topshop last year and I still love it just as much. It makes me feel like a Kardashian, which is really as much as I can ask for in a dress. Also, Ciara wore it, so that alone is reassuring. This exact one isn't available anymore, but I have linked a few similar options. Olive is consistently one of my top favorite color crushes for fall.

Sorry for my sporadic-ness as of late, but i got a promotion at work (yay!) and it has kind of been taking over my life. Working to get back on a sched, my babies, this I promise you. #nsync

I live in slouchy sweaters like this one all year long. I wear them at home over bralettes with cut-offs, and pair them with sweats on lazy Sundays, but I especially love the transitional time between summer and fall where you can get away with wearing winter on top with warm weather shoes on the bottom. There is something so chic about an oversized top hanging loosely over a fitted jean and paired with a super feminine heel. Feels very Carrie Bradshaw if you ask me. Did you guys have Hot Topic in your mall? They would sell absolutely NOTHING like what I have on. How fun are these pants?! I wore them out to dinner in Florida last month (with a white crop top instead) and they were the perfect mix of dressy, different and comfortable in the hottest heat that ever heated. I have a long torso, so finding high-waisted trousers that are long enough for me to wear heels with is a MAJOR win. ('Trousers' is such an odd word..) The fact that they are currently still on sale is just a no-brainer. I'm actually annoyed because they are even cheaper now than they were when I found them.

When I love something, I love it hard..(trust me, I saw Titanic twelve times in theaters), and the same has been going for florals as of late. Also, very into this jumpsuit, just as a tropical side note. I seriously live in these AG jeans and they are almost $100 off. Cannot beat it. Two more items I decided I couldn't live without today were this jacket and this cardigan. It is FREEZING COLD and windy in Atlanta today. Horrible for your lip gloss, BUT a great day to be wrapped up in a cape like this one. I love that you can just basically throw a cape over whatever top you have on and stay very warm, while also looking like you have plans later that do not involve a frozen pizza and your cat. What? This is definitely not about me.

I have been searching for a pair of distressed white denim for the longest. This pair is super soft and comfortable(my white J.Crew jeans are so stiff, I swear I can feel every chicken nugget I've ever eaten), but they also hold you tight enough to lift your bum bum towards the sky. Yay. Not sure if you can tell from the pics, but they are frayed at the ankles which is very flattering and, in the warmer months, looks so cute with pumps. 

My weekend officially starts today at 5pm and my mom is in town! Insert several red salsa dancing girl emojis. Happy Sunday, babes.

In a lot of ways, a great coat can be an outfit all on its own. I could be wearing anything underneath it and it would still look chic. I love that this one has a huge folding collar that you can wrap around your entire head if you fear the wind like in the 'Stepsister from Planet Weird,' or if you run into someone you don't want to see, or if you haven't washed your hair since Monday. This is a judgement free zone. This one caught my eye when it was still 96 degrees in ATL, so you can imagine my excitement to break it out last week. It is now back in the 70s. I love the South.

I'm wearing it with sneaks here, but it also looks great dressed up with a pair of OTK boots like these. Not looking to be so spendy on a coat right now? Good, because apparently I waited so long to post this, it sold out, but don't worry...I gotchu. Here is a VERY similar version for under $30, and this one is a Forever 21 version.

You guyyys! Happy Turkey Week! [It is also my momma girl's birthday!] 'Tis officially the season for good eatin'. One of my favorite parts of Atlanta #bloglife is the opportunity I have had to meet such a cool group of driven, smart and supportive girls. Case in point, I met Erica from Eating With Erica on Instagram. SO 2015 of us, right? Word to the wise, when a food blogger invites you to a meal, you GO. You arrive early. And you wear a sequined pant. When @eatingwitherica mentioned she was hosting a friendsgiving at Einstien's and that there would be complimentary Goza Tequila cocktails, I could not get there fast enough.
